Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple High End Residential/Villa schemes.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively
- Communicate progress to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Proven experience in Leading Luxury Residential projects for Contracting Companies - Main or Interior Fit out.
- Minimum 15 years overall experience working for Contractors.
- Degree educated with ideally 3 to 5 years UAE construction know how.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
