We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Quality Manager with a background in construction to join our team at Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for construction projects
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Monitor construction progress and identify any potential quality issues
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to address and resolve quality issues
• Train and educate project teams on quality standards and procedures
• Develop and maintain quality documentation and records
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent quality issues from recurring
• Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant standards
• Communicate with clients and contractors to address any quality concerns or issues
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and regulations
• Experience with quality control processes and procedures
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
• Proven track record of implementing and driving quality improvement initiatives.
