Job Description

As a Senior Civil Engineer specializing in Fit Out projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of interior construction projects. You will ensure that all fit-out work meets quality standards, deadlines, and budget requirements.

• Manage and coordinate all activities related to fit-out projects, from planning to completion.
• Oversee the development of design concepts and technical drawings in collaboration with architects and designers.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work progress aligns with project timelines and quality standards.
• Review and approve material selections, specifications, and contractor bids.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors, to address any issues and ensure project success.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to fit-out projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of X years of experience in managing fit-out projects, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of interior construction techniques, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Professional certifications or licenses may be required depending on the project scope and location.

Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices

• Experience in overseeing and managing fit-out projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and permitting processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a team effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure quality control in construction projects
