Job Summary
The Foreman for Infrastructure (Roads, Utilities, Bridges & Marine) will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects related to roads, utilities, bridges, and marine structures.
Job Responsibilities- Proven experience as a Foreman in infrastructure construction, specifically roads, utilities, bridges, and marine projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety guidelines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
- Certification in construction management or a related field is preferred.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions and terrains.
- Knowledge of infrastructure construction processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong leadership and supervision skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project planning and scheduling
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in managing construction teams
- Familiarity with construction equipment and tools
- Attention to detail and quality control expertise
