Estimator - Joinery & Interior Fit

We are hiring an experienced Estimator – Interior Fit-Out & Joinery (Dubai).

Only candidates with minimum 4 years GCC fit-out & joinery experience should apply.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for both pre and post contract estimation and quantity surveying for turnkey residential and commercial fit-out projects including all associated civil works, interior fit-out, MEP and joinery.

• Review and analysis of tender and project information, raising requests for information, identification of the detailed scope of works.
• Accurate Quantity Take Off of Civil Works including demolition, flooring, ceiling, walls, partitions, minor structural works, etc. including detailed cost assessment of labour, materials and equipment.
• Detailed costing and material take offs for all joinery items with detailed assessment of labour, materials and machinery
• Preparation of subcontractor enquiries and supplier enquiries including necessary follow ups and verification
• Preparation of the BoQ as per Company Policy and Procedures including any project specific notes, exclusions and qualifications
• Post Contract Management of project assigned to you including payment applications, variation quotations and final account statement preparation

• Minimum Qualification:
  
  Civil Engineering Diploma
• Good AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Skills
• Minimum 4 years GCC and joinery experience is mandatory
