We are seeking a highly competent Marine Resident Engineer to lead site supervision for a marine construction project in the UAE.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil
• 10–15 years of professional experience in marine and coastal projects
• 2-3 year experience in a Marine Resident Engineer / Site Supervision role
• Strong knowledge of marine construction methods, quay wall structures, temporary works, and sequencing
• In-depth understanding of UAE authority requirements
• Sound knowledge of HSE, QA/QC procedures, inspections, and reporting
• Strong leadership, coordination, and contractor management skills
• Ability to monitor contractor performance, progress, compliance, method statements, and shop drawings
• Must be currently residing in the UAE

• Acting as the Consultant’s senior on-site representative for all marine construction activities
• Full-time supervision of quay wall construction and associated marine works
• Ensuring execution in strict compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contractual obligations, and authority requirements
• Coordinating closely with the Client, Contractors, and relevant Consultants
• Monitoring construction progress, quality, safety, and environmental compliance
• Reviewing and endorsing method statements, ITPs, shop drawings, and material submissions
• Preparing progress reports and supporting authority inspections as required
