This is a great opportunity for an experienced Cost Management professional to join as highly valued member of Gleeds Arabia, responsible for contributing to the successful delivery of a high profile iconic mega project in the UAE.
Responsibilities- Contract administration and commercial compliance
- Cost control and financial reporting
- Delivering high quality commercial management services ensuring that services meet and exceed our client’s requirements.
- Managing and maintaining quality client relationships
- 10+ years cost management experience post MRICS qualification
- 2+ years experience living and working in the GCC
- Extensive experience in cost consultancy
- Detailed knowledge and practical experience of post contract cost management
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments
- Specialist experience of delivering mega building structures
- Demonstrable experience of timely interfacing with clients and key stakeholders
- MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), or equivalent
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Native level English language, written and oral
