Job Description – Civil Foreman

Position: Civil Foreman

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: ₹39,000 per month

The Civil Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating on-site civil construction activities to ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The role involves managing manpower, materials, and daily site operations while maintaining safety and productivity.

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at the project site
• Allocate tasks and manage masons, helpers, carpenters, and subcontractor teams
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Monitor site progress and report daily work status to the Site Engineer or Project Manager
• Ensure proper usage, handling, and availability of construction materials
• Maintain quality standards for concreting, shuttering, reinforcement, and finishing works
• Enforce site safety rules and ensure compliance with HSE guidelines
• Identify and resolve on-site technical or manpower issues promptly
• Coordinate with other trades (MEP, finishing teams) to avoid work conflicts
• Maintain site records such as attendance, work progress, and material consumption

• Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or relevant construction trade
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience as a Civil Foreman or similar role
• GCC/UAE experience will be an added advantage

• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and plans
• Good leadership and team-handling skills
• Basic understanding of quality control and safety practices
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability on site
• Good communication skills to coordinate with engineers and workers
