Key Responsibilities
* Manage procurement activities for main contract works, consultancy services, and nominated subcontractor works.
* Review tender packages and ensure completeness before floating tenders.
* Monitor tender process and ensure timely bid submissions.
* Coordinate with internal teams to respond to RFIs and issue tender clarifications on time.
* Analyze bids and prepare detailed bid comparisons against budget and previous awarded projects.
* Negotiate with bidders to keep costs within budget and ensure compliance on commercial terms.## Requirements
* Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in estimation and quantity take-off.
* Industry experience:
Main Contractor or Real Estate Developer (Towers & Villas – Master Developments).
* Knowledge in the entire procurement process and pre-contract cost estimation.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Minimum 5-10 years of experience in UAE with Main Contractor / Real Estate developer as Estimator/ QS – Precontract.## Benefits
