Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: ₹35,000 per month

The Civil Chargehand will be responsible for supervising and coordinating on-site civil construction activities, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. This role acts as a key link between site engineers and the workforce, ensuring productivity, quality, and compliance at the site level.

• Supervise daily civil construction activities including concrete works, masonry, plastering, and finishing works
• Allocate tasks to masons, helpers, and subcontract workers and monitor their performance
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and site instructions
• Coordinate with site engineers to plan daily work schedules and resource requirements
• Maintain quality standards and ensure proper workmanship at all stages of construction
• Monitor material usage, minimize wastage, and report material requirements to site management
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, site policies, and toolbox talk instructions
• Identify site issues, delays, or technical challenges and report them promptly
• Maintain basic site records such as daily work progress and manpower deployment
• Support timely completion of activities to meet project deadlines

• ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent practical experience

• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site practices
• Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings
• Good leadership and team-handling skills
• Basic understanding of quality control and safety practices
• Effective communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
