Key Responsibilities      Inspect and monitor all civil and structural construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and project specifications    Supervise works related to excavation, concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, blockwork, plastering, finishes, and external works    Ensure construction activities comply with UAE codes, standards, and local authority regulations    Review and verify shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and test reports    Conduct regular site inspections, identify non-conformities, and ensure timely corrective actions    Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve technical and site issues    Witness and verify material testing, concrete pouring activities, and inspection requests    Prepare and maintain daily site reports, inspection reports, and quality documentation    Monitor progress to ensure alignment with approved construction schedules and quality standards    Participate in snagging, de-snagging, and final inspections prior to project handover    Support authority inspections, audits, and approval processes    Ideal Profile      Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline    8 to 15 years of relevant experience in civil and structural inspection roles    Minimum 3 years of experience working with consultant firms in the UAE    Strong experience on high-rise and residential building projects    Sound knowledge of UAE construction practices, codes, and standards    Familiarity with QA-QC procedures, inspection test plans, and site inspection processes    Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications accurately    Why Join Us      Opportunity to work on landmark high-rise and residential developments in Dubai    Key quality and compliance role within a professional supervision team    Exposure to large-scale, technically complex construction projects    Long-term career growth within construction supervision and inspection functions    About the Company  Azizi Developments is a leading Dubai-based real estate developer delivering residential and commercial projects across prime locations in the UAE.
