Site Manager

Role

One of the most established Interior Fit Out Contractors are currently looking for Site Managers. As a company they are very much Retail Fit Out specialist but also work within the Commercial and Hospitality sectors. Due to a high increase of new projects they are looking to expand across the UAE. This is a great time to join one of the leading Interior Fit Out Contractors in the UAE.

As a Site Engineer / Manager you should Manage the site, Tool Box Talks, Site Set Ups, site safety inductions, supervision of subcontractors. Preparation of KPI's. Updating of site programs. Monitoring of site progress. Risk assessments and Daily HSE checks.

• Minimum 3 years Middle East experience at Supervisory level
• Extensive Fit Out experience within RETAIL, COMMERCIAL and HOSPITALITY sectors
• Able to read drawings
• Must be able to speak, read and write the English language
• Full conversant with current Health & Safety legislation

An attractive package will be negotiated dependent on experience.
