We are working with a well‑established interior fit‑out contractor in Dubai who is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver high‑end commercial and mixed‑use fit‑out projects across the UAE.

This role suits a Project Manager with strong commercial awareness
, hands‑on site experience, and a proven background in interior fit‑out or main contracting environments.

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver interior fit‑out projects within agreed programme, budget, and scope
• Set and manage detailed project timelines and construction programmes
• Monitor project deliverables, quality, and subcontractor performance
• Lead site teams and subcontractors through all phases of delivery
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders
• Manage commercial aspects including variations, cost control, and claims support
• Coach, support, and drive project team members to meet deadlines and standards

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager within interior fit‑out or main contracting
• Strong commercial experience (cost control, variations, subcontractor management)
• Experience delivering fast‑track fit‑out projects is essential
• Background in commercial, office, hospitality, or high‑end interior projects
• Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a live construction environment

• Open to candidates currently outside the UAE
• Passport holders from:
• UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa
• UAE / Dubai experience is highly desirable

• Degree qualified (Construction Management, Engineering, or similar) or equivalent experience
