Estimator; Joinery & Office Fit-Outs

Our client, one of the leading interior design and build companies in Dubai, specializing in workspace concepts are looking to hire an Estimator (Joinery &Office Fit-Outs).

They seek a skilled Interior Fit Out Estimator with a proven background in estimating for high-end interior projects. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Construction Management or a related field, possesses strong analytical abilities, and excels in collaboration. Proficiency in estimation software, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication skills are essential. If you bring a passion for crafting sophisticated spaces while ensuring budgetary precision.

• Conduct detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects, including materials, labor, and associated expenses.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to ensure accurate and comprehensive cost assessments.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.

• Prepare competitive and timely bid proposals for prospective clients.
• Research and source materials, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain accurate pricing information.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure cost‑effectiveness.

• Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction phase.
• Provide ongoing cost analysis and identify potential cost‑saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with project teams to address any budget variances and propose solutions.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and advancements in construction materials.
• Utilize market knowledge to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and subcontractors.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Fit Out Estimator, preferably in a similar industry.

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficient in estimation software and tools like Planswift etc.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills & attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
