We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Site Engineer to join our dynamic construction team on high‑profile commercial projects based on billionaire client in Duba

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution of construction activities by maintaining strict adherence to design drawings, technical specifications, and quality control protocols. This position demands a hands‑on professional with a proven track record in commercial fit‑out, civil works, and joinery finishes, capable of managing on‑site operations with precision and accountability. The Site Engineer will serve as a critical link between project management, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with safety standards, and overall project excellence.

With a strong command of construction methodologies and a commitment to quality, this role is essential to the successful delivery of complex commercial developments in a fast‑paced environment.

• Supervise daily on‑site construction activities, ensuring alignment with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to construction standards.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and trade teams, including joinery, plumbing, electrical, and finishing works.
• Maintain accurate as‑built records, progress reports, and daily site logs.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements prior to execution.
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, providing actionable solutions to prevent delays.
• Ensure compliance with local UAE construction codes, health & safety regulations, and project‑specific quality management systems.
• Liaise with project managers, architects, and consultants to resolve design discrepancies and implement changes efficiently.
• Monitor material delivery and storage to prevent wastage and ensure timely availability.
• Facilitate site meetings, progress reviews, and client walkthroughs, providing clear and concise updates.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• 4–5 years of progressive experience in construction, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in commercial construction projects within the UAE.
• Proven experience in managing fit‑out, civil, and joinery finishes on large‑scale commercial developments.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Excellent knowledge of quality control, health & safety standards, and local UAE building regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, or similar).
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a consistent on‑site presence.
• Valid UAE work permit and residency visa (if applicable).
