A wonderful and personally recommended family based in Dubai are seeking two rota nannies to join their home on a long-term basis. They have been living in Dubai for the past year and plan to remain for at least another two years.

The family have two children: a 2.5-year-old son and a 4-month-old daughter. They are now looking to establish a two-nanny rota structure to ensure continuity and consistency for the children as they grow. The family are keen to secure the right candidates as soon as possible.

The eldest child is due to begin nursery in either April or September. As the role will be largely baby-focused, confidence with weaning, meal preparation and infant development is essential. The little boy is bright and inquisitive, and the parents are looking for someone to encourage his curiosity and compliment what he is learning at nursery in the home.

They are looking for someone educationally focussed, ideally in the Montessori method, andwould particularly welcome someone active who enjoys outdoor play and sport, as they are keen to build their son's physical confidence. Musically talented would also be a.

The household is fully staffed, including a chef, housekeepers, drivers and a long-standing nurse who has been with the family since the children were born. There is a dog in the home, though no pet care is required. A driver is not needed.

This is a 24-hour rota role; however, both children are sleep trained and evenings are generally settled, the 24-hour care is to ensure full cover. Mum remains very hands-on, including overnight when needed. The environment is collaborative and well supported.

There will be some travel with the role, including time in India, United States and London.

The family would ideally love to meet candidates who are already based in Dubai or open to relocating there long term. Visa sponsorship is provided for all candidates, and for those relocating permanently, the family are offering a relocation bonus to support the move.
