A highly respectful and well-established UHNW family based in Dubai Hills Estate is seeking an exceptional nanny to support the arrival of their first child, due in February. This is a rare opportunity to join a calm, professional household from the very beginning, working alongside a Norland nanny in a structured 3-week rota.

The position is entirely focused on newborn care and early infant development. The successful nanny will take a confident, steady lead in establishing routines around feeding, sleep, settling and hygiene, while also providing reassurance and guidance to first-time parents. The family values a composed, emotionally attuned approach and is looking for someone who brings both technical excellence and confidence to their work.

The household is fully staffed and extremely well run, with clear roles, boundaries and mutual respect across the team. Collaboration and communication are key, and the role requires excellent written and verbal handovers to ensure continuity of care between rota partners. Discretion, professionalism and consistency are highly valued, and the family is seeking someone who sees this as a long‑term, stable position.

This role would suit a Norland nanny (or equivalent training and experience) who is genuinely confident with newborns from day one and experienced in rota work within UHNW environments. The family is looking for someone calm, organised, emotionally intelligent and highly professional, who can work seamlessly as part of a team and uphold high standards of care.
