AREA SALES MANAGERReports to: Business Partners Director, MEAI
- COMMERCIAL STRATEGY & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Define & build commercial short, medium- & long-term strategy for Business partners, identifying tomorrow growth opportunities
- Lead the development and optimization of the network by assessing current distribution coverage, identifying gaps, and proposing market entries or exits
- Ensure a balanced and qualitative distribution network, maximizing business potential while protecting brand equity.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to proactively adapt business strategies.
- SALES PERFORMANCE & BUSINESS ANALYSIS
- Define and achieve SI and SO targets across all multi-brand POS, aligned with regional objectives
- Drive SI and SO performance across all multi-brand POS accounts
- Prepare and present regular reports on key KPIs, market performance, and business opportunities, recommending corrective actions when needed.
- Continuously analyze sales performance, sell-through rates, and inventory levels to optimize assortment and commercial actions.
- Monthly check to reconciliate the sales & stock report in accordance with compliance guidelines
- ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & PARTNER SUPPORT
- Act as the primary point of contact for all partners, fostering strong and trust-based relationships.
- Coordinate the full sales cycle: order collection, product allocation, replenishment planning, and after-sales service.
- Ensure all commercial activities are aligned with Bulgari’s operational standards and brand values.
- Support partners with tailored activation plans, ensuring strategic alignment and shared commercial goals.
- RETAILISATION & BRAND ELEVATION
- Lead the regional Retailization strategy to elevate Bulgari brand image across network.
- Ensure best-in-class execution of visual merchandising, assortment curation, in-store experience, and service standards.
- Coordinate and activate impactful product launches, seasonal campaigns, and in-store animations in collaboration with Marketing and VM teams.
- Implement and monitor tailored activation plans per door/partner to reinforce brand desirability, drive conversion, and foster loyalty.
- Deliver regular training and coaching to commercial teams to strengthen product knowledge, storytelling, and brand advocacy.
