Business Consultant, Business Development

Overview

Ampsy Consultancy LLC is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Consultant / Business Setup Advisor to join our growing team in the UAE. In this role, you will guide in establishing the businesses in the UAE by providing expert consultation on company formation, licensing, and regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve their business goals while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.

• Handle and respond to sales inquiries from multiple channels including phone, email, chat, walk-in clients, and referrals.
• Maintain regular communication with potential and existing clients and ensure accurate data management within the CRM system.
• Advise clients on the most suitable business structures, licensing options, free zone regulations, and eligibility requirements.
• Support clients throughout the entire business setup process, from initial consultation to company incorporation and visa processing.
• Expand business opportunities by participating in networking events, industry meetings, and business forums.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and free zone authorities to ensure smooth coordination.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Use CRM tools and sales tracking systems to monitor performance and improve conversion rates.
• Act as a liaison between the Compliance and Operations teams to ensure efficient processing of client requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis, including mystery shopping where necessary.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth client journey from inquiry to business setup completion.
