A leading entity in Dubai is looking for A Contracts & Procurement Manager - handling Commercial Contracts and be responsible for commercial activities including tendering, change management, contract preparation, negotiation of terms and conditions.

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet the company’s procurement needs
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service
• Analyse spending patterns and develop cost reduction initiatives. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implements strategies to reduce procurement costs
• Draft and review contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions

• Coordinate and facilitate the procurement of materials for various departments.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Process purchase requests from different departments and prepare comprehensive briefs for suppliers.
• Invite quotations from suppliers, negotiate terms, and secure the best prices for required materials.
• Select or recommend suppliers based on the Delegation of Authorities and Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain a comprehensive and updated database of suppliers.
