Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Luxury & Lifestyle Procurement team as a VIE. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain invaluable experience in strategic procurement and brand programming for our prestigious luxury brands. The VIE will work directly with the Executive Director, Global Brand Programming, Luxury & Lifestyle Procurement, contributing to the development and implementation of innovative brand experiences and procurement strategies across our prestigious portfolio.
The role will entail close coordination with other functions, including Marketing and Operations. Accurate attention to detail in project management and procurement best practice will be essential.
- Deep understanding of each luxury brand’s DNA to ensure appropriate procurement solutions
- Assist in the research, analysis, and development of global brand programming initiatives aligned with Luxury & Lifestyle brand identities (e.g., F&B concepts, wellness programs, art installations, in-room amenities, guest experiences).
- Contribute to the strategic definition and implementation of procurement strategies for brand-specific goods and services, ensuring alignment with brand standards, quality requirements, and financial targets.
- Support project management activities, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and budgets for various brand programming and procurement projects.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and communications for internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, brand teams, and hotel operations.
- Support the creation of business cases and financial models to evaluate potential new programs or procurement initiatives.
- Monitor competitive landscapes and industry benchmarks to ensure Accor's offerings remain leading-edge.
- Assist in the introduction and onboarding of new suppliers to the luxury network
- Support the review of Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, ensuring proposed suppliers support the needs of the brand.
- Facilitate communication and information exchange between suppliers, internal brand teams, and hotel operations.
- Maintain accurate supplier databases and procurement documentation.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data related to procurement spend, supplier performance, and brand program effectiveness.
- Contribute to the maintenance of dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against strategic objectives.
- Ensure data integrity and contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Global Brand teams, Design & Technical Services, Operations, Marketing, and other Procurement categories to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between various departments, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving.
- Point of contact for luxury brands teams (Marketing, F&B, Operations, IT, D&TS) on procurement projects
- Close contact with Pre-opening and Customer Care teams to ensure relevant brand programs are deployed in as many hotels as possible

- IT Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential. Familiarity with procurement software or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency in French or another major European language is a significant asset.
- Approximately 400 properties across 7 luxury brands to support globally
- Contributor towards €5-€8M in Procurement Revenues
- €200-€300M in Spend
