Job Description & How to Apply Below

Job Description:

We are thrilled to share this fantastic opportunity for two high‑calibre local graduates (who have graduated or will be graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between February 2025 and August 2026) to join our Brand team on a 12‑month internship. From day one, our interns are fully integrated into Team Hilton and are involved in different aspects of the business, including networking with senior executives, international travel, and regional conferences.

Based in our Dubai Area Office, you will also benefit from an open‑space office located in Internet City, close to the Dubai Marina and The Palm Jumeirah, among other interesting locations. We have approximately 214 team members in the Dubai office and are a social, fun bunch driving the MEA region’s business.

Opportunities

We have two opportunities within our Brands team: one in Luxury Brands and another in Brand & Central Operations. You will be asked to state your preference later in the application process.

Hilton Luxury Brands Intern

As a Hilton Luxury Brands Intern, you will support the day‑to‑day operations of the EMEA luxury brand team, ensuring hotel teams across the region have timely access to guidance, resources, and brand‑related support. You will gain hands‑on exposure to brand management processes, hotel openings, brand standards, and performance monitoring—learning how luxury brand strategy is delivered in practice.

  • Support new hotel opening processes, including updating task lists, tracking progress against brand milestones, and coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
  • Monitor hotel performance by reviewing monthly service evaluation reports, identifying trends, and supporting the team in highlighting opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage the regional brand support inbox, ensuring hotel teams receive timely and accurate responses to daily operational and brand‑related inquiries.
  • Maintain and update the Luxury Brand Resources platform, ensuring property leaders have access to current brand materials, toolkits, and reference documents.
  • Support the regional brand waiver review and approval processes, ensuring all submissions are tracked and followed up within expected timelines.
  • Ensure all regional brand guidelines and documents remain current, aligning updates with global brand standards and distributing changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain the Brand Standards Tracker, monitoring required updates across the region and ensuring consistent implementation in all properties.
  • Assist in developing internal presentations that highlight key achievements, brand initiatives, and the impact of the luxury brand team.
  • Support delivery of brand personality and culture programs.
Brand & Central Operations Intern

As a Brand & Central Operations Intern, you will contribute meaningfully to projects that support our continued success, delivering cross‑brand initiatives across the EMEA region. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior members of the EMEA Leadership Team, gaining exposure to strategic project shaping and delivery.

  • Participate in monthly and quarterly project status meetings with the Brand Management and Central Operations teams.
  • Maintain project trackers and prepare clear, accurate status reports to support delivery against agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Support the creation of executive‑level presentations for regional meetings, leadership audiences, and ongoing initiatives.
  • Track and coordinate initiatives across Brand Management and Central Operations within EMEA, helping to improve efficiency, avoid duplication, and increase transparency.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, coordinating inputs and deliverables to ensure initiatives move forward smoothly.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to generate insights, summarise key takeaways, and support actionable next steps.
  • Monitor progress against objectives and timelines, following up with stakeholders and supporting accountability.
  • Manage day‑to‑day project tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing and sharing follow‑up actions.
