About the Role – Purchase Executive (Sales & Marketing)The Purchase Executive – Sales & Marketing is responsible for managing the procurement of materials, services, and assets required for marketing campaigns, sales events, and promotional activities. This role requires operational efficiency, vendor coordination, and commercial acumen to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant sourcing that supports sales and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Procure marketing and sales-related materials including collaterals, displays, merchandise, and promotional items
- Float RFQs, obtain quotations, evaluate commercial terms, and prepare Comparative Statements (CS) for approval
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and track deliveries to ensure timely availability for campaigns and events
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to understand requirements, specifications, and timelines
- Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers; monitor their performance
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, budgets, and approvals
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation, records, and reports
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or delivery timelines
- Support event management and campaign execution through timely sourcing of required items
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably supporting marketing or sales functions
- Familiarity with office and marketing procurement items, suppliers, and service providers
- Hands-on experience with ERP procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) preferred
- UAE / GCC experience preferred
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, and cost control skills
- Good understanding of marketing and sales procurement requirements
- Ability to prioritize multiple purchase requests and meet tight timelines
- Attention to detail, compliance orientation, and documentation discipline
- Effective communication and collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and troubleshoot procurement challenges
- Analytical skills to support budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting
