Job DescriptionOverview:
The role focuses on strategizing and implementing business training programs, ensuring alignment with institutional objectives and high-quality delivery.
- Support the review of business training programs based on needs analysis and institutional objectives and provide inputs to senior team leaders on alignment and suitability.
- Implement business training plans in coordination with organizational units and ensure adherence to approved schedules and agreed quality standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers for training-related matters, including arrangements required for effective delivery of business training programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of course completion rates, attendance, and training results in approved systems and files.
- Review business training programs based on needs analysis and institutional objectives, and prepare recommendations for management review and approval.
- Review training programs using evaluation results, measure impact, analyze outcomes, and recommend improvements to content and delivery approaches.
- Prepare periodic analytical reports on the effectiveness and outputs of training programs, consolidating key findings and metrics for management use.
- Develop dashboards and ROI tools, and generate performance analytics for business training to measure training effectiveness and visualize participation, completion, and outcome trends.
- Bachelor’s degree/Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or Training and Development.
- 0-1 years in case of Master’s degree (2+ years in case of Bachelor's degree).
- Proficiency in core data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of general administrative practices and procedures.
- Ability to conduct training needs analysis (TNA) effectively.
- Experience in training operations and learning center management.
- Skilled in managing and evaluating training programs.
- Competence in developing individual development plans (IDPs).
- Expertise in instructional design and curriculum development.
- Understanding of the organization’s business context and operational environment.
