About the roleWe’re looking for an entrepreneurial builder — someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and can take an idea from zero to launch with full ownership. You’ll validate new opportunities, design business models, run experiments, and build scalable ventures within Noon’s ecosystem. This role is perfect for someone who thinks like a founder and executes like an operator.
What you ll do- Identify, validate, and launch new business opportunities from scratch.
- Build MVPs, run experiments, and rapidly iterate based on data and customer feedback.
- Own problem statements end-to-end: research, strategy, execution, and scaling.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, and growth teams to ship solutions fast.
- Present business cases and models to senior leadership with clarity and insight.
- Drive operational excellence once initiatives are live.
- Startup or entrepreneurial background is essential — ideally as a founder/co-founder or a core early team member who built and scaled something real.
- Consulting experience is welcome only if you’ve also launched or run something yourself.
- MBA from a top business school (Wharton, MIT, HBS, Stanford, etc.).
- Strong commercial instincts, analytical thinking, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Ability to design experiments, read data fast, and make bold, informed decisions.
- High ownership, adaptability, and a passion for building things that matter.
- We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.
- You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.
- We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.
