Founders Associate; Office CEO

Our customer is a profitable, high-growth fintech powerhouse processing over $450 Million USD in GMV annually, and have already secured 3 million Monthly Active Users.

They are evolving from a transactional platform into the "WeChat of the Middle East" - a socio-authentic ecosystem integrating payments, travel, tickets, and social interaction.

We are hiring a Founders Associate to work directly alongside the CEO.

This is the highest-priority hire for the CEO’s office. You will not just be an observer; you will be a force multiplier, an operator, and a strategic partner in building a regional unicorn.

This is a "Founder-in-Training" seat. You will sit at the intersection of strategy, product, and operations, ensuring the CEO is focused on the highest-leverage activities while you handle the complexity of execution.

Your mandate is to unlock the CEO's productivity and drive special projects that define the expansion into the wider GCC and MENA region.

• Strategic Leverage: Act as the strategic right hand to the CEO. You will prepare board materials, investor updates (internal/external), and strategic memos that shape the company’s direction.
• Special Projects: Own high-priority initiatives from zero to one. Whether it’s researching a new market entry for their travel arm , structuring a partnership deal, or helping launch a new product vertical, you will be the "fixer" who gets it done.
• Operational Rhythm: manage the "Office of the CEO." You will ensure the CEO’s time is aligned with strategic priorities, triage critical issues, and ensure decisions are communicated and executed across the leadership team.
• Shadow & Learn: Sit in on high-level negotiations, product road mapping sessions with the CPO, and technical reviews with the CTO. You will have a front-row seat to how a $450M+ business scales.

• Background: 2–5 years of experience in Top-Tier Management Consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain), Investment Banking, or a high-growth scale-up environment.
• The "Unblocker" Mindset: You are high-agency. You don’t wait for permission; you identify bottlenecks and solve them. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can turn chaos into structure.
• Analytical Rigor: You are comfortable with data. You can build a financial model, analyze user metrics, and create a compelling presentation deck without hand-holding.
• Communication: You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can represent the CEO in meetings and synthesise complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Ambition: You view this role as a stepping stone to becoming a Founder, COO, or CEO yourself in the future.
