The product and design team at Edenred UAE plays a vital role in conceptualizing, defining and driving high impact initiatives that solve customer problems while addressing the needs of the business.

Hierarchy is non-existent and the “voice of the loudest” is obsolete. You can influence organizational change at the highest of levels, that is, if you want to, of course.

• Own conceptualization, development and definition of high visibility initiatives that solve customer problems while addressing the needs of our business.

• From Day 1, you’ll be given responsibilities that will enable you to learn and grow quickly with a large portion of your training and development “on-the-job”.
• You’ll learn how to deconstruct a user’s problem using design thinking problem solving techniques that you will be taught as you shadow Senior Product Managers.
• You’ll understand and work towards Edenred UAE’s long term strategic vision that calls for rapid innovation through continuous product discovery.
• You’ll play a foundational role in the expansion and diversification of our product portfolio to keep up with the ever-changing needs of the market.
• You’ll develop a mindset of customer obsession, participating in user interviews and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to discover trends and insights.
• You’ll work closely with our customer service teams to analyze the most important problems our users are facing and ideate solutions.
• Work with our product, design and development team to write clear requirements that help us ship releases to users.
• Clearly articulate product concepts to other teams, engineering, executive, UX/UI, client, and customer service teams alike.

• The ideal candidate will be a graduate in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Passionate about creating products that help make people’s lives easier.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence others and build relationships.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders using the right pieces of information.
• Demonstrates the ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal guidance or unclear requirements.
• Comfort with uncertainty, where the “what” and “how” may both be unclear at times.
• Positive outlook on critical feedback and drive to continuously improve.
