Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Luxury & Lifestyle Procurement team as a VIE. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain invaluable experience in strategic procurement and brand programming for our prestigious luxury brands. The VIE will work directly with the Executive Director, Global Brand Programming, Luxury & Lifestyle Procurement, contributing to the development and implementation of innovative brand experiences and procurement strategies across our portfolio.

The role will entail close coordination with other functions, including Marketing and Operations. Accurate attention to detail in project management and procurement best practice will be essential.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic Support & Project Management Deep understanding of each luxury brand’s DNA to ensure appropriate procurement solutions. Support research, analysis, and development of global brand programming initiatives aligned with brand identities, and contribute to the strategic definition of procurement strategies.
  • Supplier Relationship Management & Sourcing Assist in onboarding new suppliers, review RFI and RFP documents, facilitate communication between suppliers and internal teams, and maintain accurate supplier databases.
  • Market Research & Analysis Support creation of business cases, financial models, and monitor competitive landscapes and industry benchmarks to ensure Accor’s offerings remain leading‑edge.
  • Data Management & Reporting Collect, organize and analyze data related to procurement spend, supplier performance, and brand program effectiveness; maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with global brand teams, Design & Technical Services, Operations, Marketing and other procurement categories to ensure seamless execution; act as liaison between departments and serve as point of contact for luxury brand teams (Marketing, F&B, Operations, IT, D&TS). Maintain close contact with Pre‑opening and Customer Care teams to deploy brand programs in as many hotels as possible.
Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to draw meaningful conclusions and support decision‑making.
  • Excellent Communication Skills Articulate and persuasive, able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing across different levels of the organization and with external partners.
  • Project Management Acumen Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Business Acumen Understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and financial concepts.
  • Strategic Thinking Ability to contribute to the development of long‑term strategies and innovative solutions.
  • Interpersonal Skills Collaborative, proactive, and able to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Cultural Sensitivity Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
  • IT Proficiency Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential. Familiarity with procurement software or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Languages Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency in French or another major European language is a significant asset.
