Officer – E-Commerce Operations
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven officer to oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations across multiple online platforms and marketplaces. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth order processing, inventory accuracy, marketplace compliance, and operational excellence while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily e-commerce operations across multiple online marketplaces and brand platforms.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing, fulfillment, and delivery.
- Monitor shipping performance and proactively resolve delays, exceptions, and customer issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and last-mile partners for smooth dispatch and tracking.
- Maintain accuracy of product listings (pricing, descriptions, images, availability) across platforms.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage SKU availability, and remove discontinued or inactive items.
- Track stock movement and coordinate replenishment planning with procurement and warehouse teams.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to implement promotional campaigns and marketplace content updates.
- Prepare and present inventory and operational reports, highlighting risks and performance trends.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, customer feedback, and KPIs.
- Act as key liaison with marketplace account managers to resolve operational issues and optimize performance.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, SLAs, and internal procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Professional certification or training in e-commerce/operations is an added advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain, or marketplace management.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplace policies.
- Knowledge of order fulfillment processes and inventory management.
- Familiarity with stock planning and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to follow processes accurately and work efficiently under pressure.
