Business Development Executive.
Location:Dubai, UAE (Onsite).
Job Overview:Sundus Global is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand its client portfolio and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in staffing, manpower, or HR solutions, and be capable of managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking and outreach.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR and procurement leaders across client organizations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Proven experience in staffing, manpower, or HR solutions is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
