We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in vendor management, order processing, and inventory planning, ensuring smooth procurement operations and timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage high-volume vendor order management and place orders through vendor portals.
- Plan and execute monthly vendor order placements in coordination with the Business Unit (BU).
- Review stock levels with Sales Managers (SM) and BU to provide stock planning and analysis.
- Coordinate collections and deliveries until goods reach the warehouse.
- Maintain stock reporting and share accurate ETA updates with internal teams.
- Prepare and manage POS reports, including manual POS adjustments when required.
- Handle vendor coordination, order follow-ups, and issue resolution.
- Support inventory management, RMA processes, and procurement documentation.
- 4-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
- Experience handling vendor order management and vendor portals.
- Strong understanding of inventory planning and procurement processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Experience working with Orion System will be an added advantage.
