This program aims to develop, motivate, and inspire the most talented and distinguished university students to reach their full potential. Offering a glimpse into the world of consulting and designed specifically for students in the early years of their educational path, this program provides an early introduction to consulting by focusing on strengthening leadership, problem‑solving, and professional skills.
Duration of the ProgramOur Early Career Program is a paid immersive experience that provides firsthand exposure to consulting, helping you develop key business skills and explore future career paths.
What You’ll Do- Participate in interactive workshops and dynamic discussions to enhance personal and professional skills
- Network with program peers, industry leaders, and BCG experts
- Access BCG’s latest insights through self‑study materials
- Discover the world of consulting with the support of a mentor
- Work alongside a case‑team to get hands‑on experience
- Personalized coaching and mentorship to help develop the consulting skill set
- An extensive training program
- Hands‑on experience in case‑solving, slide development and much more!
- You are currently an undergraduate who is expected to graduate in 2028 or 2029
- Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem‑solving, paired with high attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills to evaluate information, make informed decisions, and develop innovative solutions
- Motivation and curiosity to explore the consulting world!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
