We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Business Development Executive for our Recycling Division, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and establishing strong business relationships. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to build customized recycling solutions for clients, contribute to strategic planning, and ensure the satisfaction of current and prospective customers.
As a front‑line advocate for our services, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing Clear Earth Recycling's sustainability goals and market presence.
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Business Analysis and Strategic Planning
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to forge and maintain client relationships
- Experience with Account Management and managing customer needs effectively
- Ability to work independently and in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment
- Familiarity with the recycling industry or sustainability practices is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field
