General Manager – Contracting

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the overall operations of a growing contracting company in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge, established relationships with clients and consultants
, and the ability to drive business development and project acquisition
.

This role requires a professional who can manage the complete business operations
, develop new opportunities through industry contacts, and ensure smooth coordination across projects, procurement, estimation, and commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall business operations of the company.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
  .
• Utilize existing industry network and contacts to secure new projects and business opportunities.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring delivery within budget, timeline, and quality standards
  .
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient project and operational management.
• Represent the company in client, consultant, and project meetings
  .
• Support strategic growth and expansion of the business.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in the contracting / construction industry (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong network with consultants and clients in the UAE market.
• Proven experience in business development and project acquisition
  .
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple business functions within a growing organization.
