Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic business analysis services to business partners, working closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer's business processes, services, roadmap, and the context in which the business operates.
• Review assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address financial and technological risks, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Lead small to mid-size projects and assist with larger projects, managing project scope, schedules, resources, and customer and supplier relationships.
• Identify, create, and facilitate process design changes, ensuring data is reliable and valid, and developing process improvements or re-engineering.
• Provide leadership to team members and peers, collaborating with others, articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers, and others, and managing resources.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a closely related field, with coursework in business analysis and technical writing.
• At least two years of journey level professional information technology experience comparable to Business Systems Analyst II with State Bar.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, along with broad experience with People Soft or ERP cloud systems, implementations, and migrating to cloud products.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud or Workday ERP is a plus.
• Proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel, and other related software.
