Head of Sales (B2B)📍 Dubai, UAE
Your RoleYou will become a key driver of sales growth and the development of the company’s commercial function. Your main objective will be to build an effective sales system, strengthen Insight’s position in the UAE business consulting market, and develop a high‑performing, results‑oriented team.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy and Processes
- Develop and implement the sales strategy for consulting and legal services
- Optimize the sales funnel and client communication processes
- Introduce departmental standards, operational procedures, and KPIs
- Develop the CRM system (AmoCRM), automate processes, and implement AI tools
- Analyze performance metrics and manage the department’s financial results
Team Management
- Build and develop a team of sales managers
- Hire, onboard, train, and mentor team members
- Set targets and monitor financial performance indicators
- Develop motivation systems and foster a high‑performance culture
- Conduct daily performance monitoring and report to senior management
Key Clients and Partnerships
- Lead negotiations with key clients and investors
- Develop the partner network and strategic alliances
- Expand the company’s client base
- Handle complex cases and protect the company’s interests
Marketing and Growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop the B2B promotion strategy
- Analyze the UAE market and competitive landscape
- Participate in product positioning and development of value propositions
- Oversee preparation of presentations, commercial proposals, and marketing materials
- Develop lead generation systems and improve the quality of inbound leads
- At least 3 years of experience as Head of Sales / Commercial Lead in consulting, legal services, corporate services, or B2B services
- Proven track record of revenue growth and building scalable sales systems
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (AmoCRM, Hub Spot, Salesforce) and sales analytics
- Data‑driven approach to team and process management
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Experience working with international clients and in the B2B segment
- English proficiency at C1+ level (for negotiations with international clients)
- Competitive compensation: fixed salary + performance‑based bonus

- Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 - Work with international clients from the UAE, Europe, and CIS countries
