Take over a key role as a Growth Marketing Manager in the Marketing department and be a part of this exciting adventure of never‑ending growth and success.

We are hiring a second Growth Marketing Manager to co‑own growth alongside an existing peer. This role carries equal ownership across markets, channels, and outcomes, with a clear mandate: drive incremental, sustainable growth through performance excellence, AI‑enabled systems, and strong cross‑functional leadership.

As Growth Marketing Manager you will report to the VP of Marketing and act as a business owner for demand generation, with full accountability for incrementality, user‑level value creation, and long‑term growth impact.

You will lead senior performance teams, manage large media budgets, and partner closely with Business Development, Supply, Product, Data, and CRM teams to unlock service‑level growth across multiple markets.

Growth & Incrementality Ownership
  • Co‑own acquisition and retention strategy across priority markets and verticals
  • Own core business outcomes including incrementality, CAC, LTV, payback period, cohort performance, and NMV per user
  • Design and operate incrementality frameworks, including holdout tests, lift measurement, and cannibalization controls
  • Make informed decisions on what to scale, throttle, or stop as marginal returns decline
User‑Level Economics & Value Creation
  • Optimize growth based on user lifetime value, not just channel efficiency
  • Connect acquisition performance with repeat usage, service mix, and retention
  • Use cohort and user‑level analysis to guide budget allocation and channel strategy
  • Partner with CRM and lifecycle teams to drive long‑term value per user
Performance Channels & Experimentation
  • Lead paid performance channels across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and new scalable platforms
  • Build and execute a structured experimentation roadmap across the full funnel
  • Drive app‑first growth from install to repeat booking
  • Ensure experimentation focuses on business impact, not vanity metrics
AI, Automation & Decision Systems
  • Lead AI and automation initiatives across bidding, budget allocation, and creative testing
  • Design AI‑driven decision loops with clear guardrails and performance thresholds
  • Balance automation with human judgment to avoid over‑scaling and signal degradation
  • Partner with Product and Data teams to embed AI into daily performance operations
Analytics, Reporting & Attribution
  • Build scalable reporting and decision‑making systems using analytics and BI tools
  • Partner with Product and Data on attribution models, funnel diagnostics, and measurement strategy
  • Move the organization away from ROAS‑only thinking toward true value measurement
Leadership & Cross‑Functional Ownership
  • Act as the primary performance marketing counterpart to Business Development and Supply teams
  • Run weekly growth syncs to align demand generation with service availability and expansion plans
  • Translate performance insights into clear executive‑level narratives
  • Challenge assumptions and push back with data when required
People Leadership
  • Hire, lead, and develop a high‑performing senior performance marketing team
  • Set clear KPIs, review performance regularly, and course‑correct quickly
  • Build a team that can operate autonomously at scale
