Sales Manager - Dubai (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are a fast-growing company in Dubai and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing our sales strategies in the Indian market. This is a great opportunity for someone who is result-driven, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about sales.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets
• Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Manage the sales team and provide guidance and support to achieve objectives
• Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve their performance
• Prepare sales reports and forecast future sales trends
• Participate in negotiations with clients to close deals
• Attend industry events and conferences to promote our products/services

• Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Indian market
• Experience in managing a sales team and achieving targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
• In-depth knowledge of the Indian market trends, culture, and business practices
• Ability to travel within India as required by the job

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month plus attractive commission structure for achieving targets.

This position is based in Dubai, UAE. Indian nationals currently residing in Dubai are preferred.
