This role involves overseeing vendor relationships, nurturing client accounts, and generating new business opportunities. The BDM identifies client needs, crafts tailored technical and financial proposals, leads

negotiations, closes contracts, and ensures timely payment collection. By aligning customer expectations with organizational capabilities and strengthening key vendor partnerships, the BDM supports enhanced customer satisfaction, sustainable revenue growth, and strategic market positioning.
