The Sales Operations function sits at the heart of Storck’s business, driving efficiency and enabling sustainable, collaborative growth by developing, optimizing, and maintaining robust business processes across multiple stakeholders.
The Sales Operations Executive/Demand Planner will proactively deliver consistent results through strong knowledge of sales support functions and cross-functional business processes. In this role, you will engage, motivate, and collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance & Controlling, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams, as well as business partners across the region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, the ability to manage ambiguity, and excellent coordination skills when working with both internal and external stakeholders. As an experienced Sales Operations Executive/Demand Planner, you work with precision, constructively challenge the status quo, and thrive in an international, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:Order Process Management
- Proactively lead & track order processing for the assigned markets
- Collaborate with HQ teams to optimize invoice processing, improve accuracy, and reduce turnaround times.
- Liaise with Finance regarding Statements of Account (SOAs) and price management.
- Ensure timely shipment deliveries and verify the completeness and accuracy of shipping documentation.
- Facilitate S&OP meetings with business partners in collaboration with Business Unit Managers.
- Conduct demand and supply analysis to identify business needs and gaps.
- Recommend order quantities based on trends, seasonality, and market deviations, while proactively communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on new product developments (NPDs), seasonal items, discontinued products, and brand updates.
- Ensure optimal stock levels by working closely with business partners and the Commercial team to minimize out-of-stock (OOS) and overstock situations.
- Upload and maintain system forecasts accurately.
- Drive and maintain sales forecast accuracy in line with departmental targets.
- Collect and analyze In-Market Sales (IMS) data from business partners.
- Develop and maintain business intelligence reports, sales reports, and dashboards.
- Prepare ad hoc reports as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in demand planning, sales analysis, or supply chain within an FMCG environment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and APO systems.
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI and Qlik.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
