You are the EIU’s regional subject matter expert. This is not a back‑office data role; it is a high‑profile position requiring a blend of Macroeconomic Rigor, Political Insight, and Editorial Excellence. You will lead the EIU’s country‑level coverage, ensuring that every forecast—from GDP growth to geopolitical risk—meets the "gold standard" of The Economist Group.

• Forecasting & Analysis:
  Deliver rigorous political and macroeconomic analysis and five‑year forecasts for key Middle Eastern countries.
• Editorial Stewardship:
  Apply strong editorial judgment to maintain the EIU’s reputation for independence and analytical depth.
• External Engagement:
  Represent the EIU confidently in the media, at global summits, and in private briefings for C‑suite clients and government stakeholders.
• Commercial Contribution:
  Partner with sales and product teams to support new business development and value‑creation for global subscribers.
