We are recruiting for our UAE region where you’ll join a growing team of nearly 150 people supporting clients across the Emirates and wider MENA region. Efficio has been operating in KSA since 2014 and opened the Riyadh office in 2019, working on some of the region’s largest infrastructure and Giga projects, helping clients manage end‑to‑end cost portfolios, deliver value from procurement faster, and meet Local Content and ICV requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, analyse, and synthesize large data sets from various sources to generate insights that inform project teams’ recommendations and solutions.
- Justify conclusions and recommendations with relevant experience and rigorous, fact‑based analysis.
- Assist consultants with developing and issuing RFPs and evaluating proposals from suppliers.
- Provide input to client presentations and help visualise and present analyses.
- Support the day‑to‑day delivery of projects alongside the team.
- Interact with clients and suppliers as required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Emirati national with a family book / eligible for NAFIS scheme.
- Excellent academic background; preferably a top degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or Economics.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and motivation to suggest new ideas and see tasks through to completion.
- Very good organisation and time‑management skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to isolate key issues and draw sound conclusions.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
