Who we are looking for (For real):

Someone with 3–5 years of real experience working with brands inside a creative agency, production house, PR firm, or marketing team. We are precise here, no less, no more. And most importantly, real experience, not kind of.

You should be:

  • Strong with people and relationships
  • Detail‑oriented and consistent

What you will be responsible for:
  • Managing 3M+ AED worth of active corporate projects
  • Running long‑term content projects smoothly
  • Being the main point of contact for the client
  • Working closely with production and editing teams
  • Communicating clearly with everyone involved
  • Protecting the relationship and helping it grow

This is a hands‑on role.

You won’t be sitting around waiting for instructions.

Compensation:

A base salary up to AED 12,000 + commissions for account management, expansion and new revenue.

If you work hard, take ownership, and help clients grow, you’ll grow too.
