To develop and lead the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) and Events channel strategy for Camelicious, driving revenue growth, brand visibility, and premium positioning of camel milk products across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the annual HORECA business plan aligned with company growth targets.
- Identify, onboard, and manage key hotel groups, restaurant chains, cafés, catering companies, and premium outlets.
- Build strong relationships with executive chefs, F&B managers, procurement teams, and decision‑makers.
- Secure product listings, menu placements, and exclusive supply agreements.
- Monitor sell‑in, sell‑out, and ensure optimal product availability.
- Lead participation in major events in UAE with positive P&L.
- Plan and execute product sampling, tasting sessions, chef collaborations, and branded activations.
- Coordinate logistics, staffing, branding materials, and on‑ground execution for events.
- Measure ROI of events and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
- Deliver monthly and annual sales targets for HORECA & Events channel.
- Manage pricing strategy, margins, promotional budgets, and trade investments.
- Monitor receivables and ensure compliance with credit terms.
- Forecast demand in coordination with supply chain team.
- Manage HORECA distributors and ensure performance against agreed KPIs.
- Explore direct distribution opportunities for strategic accounts.
- Conduct regular market visits and performance reviews.
- Position Camelicious as a premium, healthy, and sustainable dairy brand.
- Collaborate with marketing for tailored POSM and HORECA‑specific materials.
- Gather customer feedback for product innovation and menu development.
- Support new product launches in the HORECA segment.
- Ensure compliance with brand and hygiene standards.
- Maintain a consistent and engaging customer experience.
- Track competitor activity, pricing, and menu trends in UAE hospitality sector.
- Provide regular reports on market insights and growth opportunities.
- Revenue growth in HORECA channel

- Event ROI and brand exposure metrics
- Distribution coverage & numeric listings
- Gross margin achievement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in FMCG HORECA sales (dairy experience preferred).
- Strong network within UAE hospitality industry.
- Experience managing exhibitions and trade events.
- Proven track record in distributor and key account management.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
