We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Purchasing Supervisor to oversee procurement operations within the industrial refrigeration and engineering sector. The role involves managing supplier relationships, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, maintaining inventory levels, and supporting project requirements through efficient procurement processes.

• Procurement & Supplier Management:
  Manage the purchasing process for equipment, materials, and services required for projects and operations.
• Source reliable suppliers and negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure consistent supply and service quality.
• Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Purchase Planning & Coordination:
  Review purchase requisitions and ensure timely processing of purchase orders.
• Coordinate with engineering, project, and operations teams to understand procurement requirements.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure materials arrive on time to avoid project delays.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Inventory & Cost Control:
  Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to maintain optimal inventory.
• Implement cost-control measures and identify opportunities for procurement optimization.
• Track material usage and prepare procurement forecasts.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  Maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, and supplier documentation.
• Prepare procurement reports including purchase orders, vendor performance, and cost analysis.
• Ensure all procurement documentation complies with company and regulatory standards.
• Team Supervision & Process Improvement:
  Supervise procurement staff and ensure smooth day-to-day purchasing operations.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on procurement processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency and workflows.

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within industrial refrigeration, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
• Experience in supplier negotiation and contract management.

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management
