Our client is one of a leading manufacturer that specializes in the design, manufacture, installation, maintenance, and modernization of elevators, escalators, automatic doors, and people flow‑solutions.

The Procurement Specialist helps the Unit Procurement Manager carry out sourcing plans for a specific unit. The role involves working closely with other teams in the unit to make sure materials and services are bought in the best way.

• Work with teams to understand what materials and spare parts are needed
• Find local suppliers and sourcing options
• Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers
• Manage supplier contracts for materials and spare parts
• Help apply global sourcing plans at the local level
• Support other units in supplier discussions when needed

• Plan sourcing for specific customer projects
• Work closely with project teams to understand their needs
• Request quotes and negotiate with suppliers
• Recommend and choose the best suppliers for each project

• Understand the needs for installation services
• Find and assess local subcontractors
• Negotiate and manage installation contracts
• Help apply global sourcing plans to local installations

• Collect needs for indirect items (e.g., office supplies, services)
• Support global sourcing plans with local contract work
• Help update local procurement policies
• Ensure the use of approved suppliers and follow company rules

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management
• Knowledge of local procurement laws and supplier networks is a strong plus
• Experience in an international or multinational environment is an advantage
