Here’s your chance to step into the role of Senior Executive - Commercial and Leasing Operations at Sea Breeze, part of Dubai Holding Entertainment
. In this position, you’ll take on key responsibilities that include:

To drive the commercial success of Sea Breeze through the effective management of leasing operations and the development and execution of brand activation and sales strategies
. The role supports tenant onboarding, enhances revenue through strategic activations and partnerships, and ensures the long‑term growth of leasing and activation opportunities in line with DHE’s standards and Sea Breeze’s positioning as a premier beachfront destination.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for brand activations, ensuring alignment with the overall commercial and brand positioning objectives.
• Identify, target, and secure new brand partners and sponsors, leveraging Sea Breeze’s prime location and footfall.
• Manage end-to-end leasing processes, including tenant sourcing, negotiations, contract execution, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to design and deliver innovative brand activation campaigns that enhance visitor experience and generate revenue.
• Monitor leasing performance, ensuring high occupancy rates and identifying opportunities to optimize tenant mix.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and activation partners, driving renewals and repeat business.
• Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to identify new revenue opportunities.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all leasing and activation agreements, maintaining compliance with internal policies, procedures and external regulations.
• Support the development of a strategic roadmap for leasing and activations, positioning Sea Breeze as a key destination for brands and businesses.
• Contribute to financial reporting and forecasting related to leasing and activation revenue, working closely with the Finance team.
