We are seeking a high-performing Sales Team Leader to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in the UAE market. This role is responsible for leading, developing, and motivating a sales team to consistently achieve targets while maintaining a competitive and innovative edge in the market.
The ideal candidate is results-driven, strategic, and passionate about building strong customer relationships while empowering their team to perform at their best.
What Will You Do❓- Achieve revenue growth and consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective team leadership.
- Lead the team to deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Utilize existing network in supporting the sales team in acquiring enterprise-level customers.
- Monitor market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and stay informed on competitor activities and product developments.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, revenue reports, and performance insights to management.
- Hold team members accountable for performance, mindset, and alignment with company standards.
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and continuously develop sales representatives.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans where needed.
- Strong experience in F&B, Foodtech, B2B sales environments for a minimum of 5 years.
- Proven experience in sales leadership within the UAE market for a minimum of 2 years.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
