Your day revolves around driving digital growth for the Snacks portfolio across all e-commerce channels. You will define and execute the digital sales strategy, working closely with key platforms such as pure players, quick commerce, and brick-and-click partners to strengthen revenue, visibility, and market share. You’ll manage Joint Business Plans, optimize the digital shelf through strong content and merchandising, and monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and ROI to ensure targets are achieved.

- Drive annual revenue and market share growth across all e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.
- Deliver strong Joint Business Plan (JBP) outcomes and achieve Net Sales Value (NSV) targets.
- Improve digital shelf performance, including share of search, content accuracy, and product visibility.
- Optimize pricing, promotions, and competitiveness across platforms to improve conversion rates.
- Maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and ensure efficient retail media investments.
- Reduce out-of-stock rates and improve fill rates through strong supply chain coordination.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets with accurate forecasting and performance tracking.
- Strengthen execution during online events and product launches to drive incremental sales.
- Leverage data and shopper insights to continuously refine strategy and improve performance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Business an MBA is highly preferred.
- Experience: 6–8 years of experience in a similar role as an E-Commerce Key Account Manager within the FMCG sector and Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, Q-Commerce platforms, Brick-and-Click partners).
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central / Seller Central and Noon Backoffice.
- Digital shelf management (content optimization, SEO, A+ content, share of search).
- Retail media and performance marketing knowledge (ROAS, CAC tracking).
- Sales forecasting and demand planning coordination.
- Data analysis and reporting (conversion rates, sell-through, stock availability, pricing competitiveness).
- Proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools.
- Understanding of supply chain metrics (fill rate, OOS management, order fulfillment).
