As an Account Manager, you will engage with senior executives of multinational corporations as well as mid-sized companies in both the private and public sectors

You will work closely with CEOs, Board members, and management teams to develop and grow strategic client relationships

Acting as a true product expert, you will be the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with sales, development, and marketing teams

• Build and nurture strong relationships with a portfolio of key clients
• Manage contract renewals and ensure long-term customer retention
• Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to achieve targets
• Act as a consultant on the product, supporting and guiding clients in their use of the solutions
• Monitor KPIs related to business cases and product usage

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Fluent Arabic and English bilingual
• Ability to develop long-term strategic plans for customers
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong ability to manage all aspects of a project
• Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment
• Strong desire to learn and become a functional expert on multiple software products
• Versatile, autonomous, assertive, customer-oriented, and a true team player
